Repost: Brain Break - Jigsaw Puzzles
This finished puzzle field full of poppies reminds me of the war vs Germany and the ANZACs. These poppies grew on the battlefield, now people wear them when ANZAC parades occur.

A Prayer for the ANZAC's
A prayer for the ANZAC's
Remember, O Lord, all those the brave and the true, who have died the death of honour and are departed in the hope of the resurrection to eternal life. In that place of light from which sorrow and mourning are far banished, give them rest, O Lord, thou lover of men. And grant to us who remain the spirit of service which may make us worthy of their sacrifice, through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.

Happy Easter! (Maligayang Pasko ng Pagkabuhay!)
We celebrate Easter in the Philippines here's what we do in easter.
In the Philippines, government offices, schools and most major establishments such as shopping malls are closed on Good Friday. Public transport is reduced. Holiday destinations such as beaches and hotels are busy with tourists and travellers.
Easter Sunday is a celebration of the resurrection of Christ. At four o’clock in the morning, Filipinos do a salubong ceremony commemorating how the Virgin Mary met her son Jesus who has come back to life. Her image will be brought to the image of the Christ at the local church. Flower petals will be rained down on them. Everyone is happy that Jesus is alive again and that the world is back right. On Easter day, grocery stores re-open and you can buy food.
Easter in New Zealand
In New Zealand, Easter Monday is the last day of a four-day weekend, which includes Good Friday. Many people return from short trips out of town, while others relax at home. Many families take part in an Easter egg hunt and other Easter related activities. Chocolate eggs are especially popular to eat. Some churches hold special Easter Monday services.
